Over Fall break some of our members traveled to Tennesse for a little cave exploration!

Hawaii (Spring Break 2006)

Over spring break in 2006 we all went to the Big Island of Hawaii where we visited the Hawaii Volcano Observatory (HVO), toured Kileua Caldera and surrounding sites, hiked for miles over the most recent lava flows (Pu'u'O'o) and drove around the island visting different beaches and cultural attractions.

Florida (Fall Break 2005)

Over fall break in 2005, nine people in the Geology Club drove down to Florida to 'learn' about costal processes. We camped right on the beach and went to Jacksonville one night and St. Augustine one night.

North Carolina (Fall Break 2004)

For this fall break trip we went on a camping trip in the North Carolina mountains where we hiked and went rafting.
